While hiking on our property the other day,
I was memorized by winter's beauty.
The sun was shining, the creek was flowing,
and the ice was sparkling.
Many of the icicles were attached to the red branches
of the dogwood that surrounds the creek.
I love the wavy pattern of the icicles above
and the way they are spilling over the log below.
